Who: Founded in 1993, LHSEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to enhance academic achievement at Longmont High through support of and assistance to students and staff.

What: Through three separate funds, Jim Moulton Trojan Fund, Angel Fund and McCormick Fund, we award thousands of dollars in grants to fund classroom and special projects, needs based assistance and student enrichment.

How: We are funded by Longmont High School Alumni Association, direct donations, community funds and grants, and select fundraising events.

Why: We raise funds to provide resources for academic enhancements not otherwise covered by the normal school budget, to address needs based assistance and to provide enrichment opportunities outside of the classroom.

When: Monthly meetings on the second Thursday, 7 a.m. (normally at LHS but virtually until further notice)
